From the City Bypass (A720) exit at the Sheriffhall roundabout.
Then take the A7 Edinburgh road for about 4 miles until you reach the Cameron Toll roundabout.
Follow the A7 road signs (marked Old Town) which will take you on to Dalkeith Road.
