Rooms are let on a 'bed only' basis. Sorry no breakfast served here-perfect for those wishing to have a lie in on a morning. You can then simply pop out to one of the many local family run cafes or there is also the bigger national chain establishments. So within a few minutes walk you can choose from the Snackery café, Subway, 2 x Wetherspoons pubs-Auctioneer on Lytham road or Velvet Coaster on the Promenade, just next to the Blackpool Pleasure beach funfair. Also on Blackpool Prom there is a McDonald's. Alternatively why not plan ahead and bring your own cereal, bowls and spoons! Milk can be purchased from local shops just a 3-5 minute walk away.
Mark always extends a warm welcome, to all guests from couples and families to conference delegates. We do not cater for all male/female parties.

Directions
By Road: From the M6, Junction 32 (M55 westbound) For about 15 miles until you reach a large roundabout, which is home to a modern sculpture. Go straight across into Yeadon Way. When you reach the second mini roundabout, turn right towards Aldi, then left at the next roundabout to a set of traffic lights. Turn Left again onto Waterloo Road. Carry on through the new roundabout at the busy crossroads. Moore Street is the third road on your left.
By Train: Blackpool North- We are a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride away.
Blackpool South - Up the steps, turn left into Waterloo Road, go straight on at the crossroads. Moore Street is the third road on your left.
By Coach: Bonny Street: National Express users will find this to be their drop off point,therefore a Taxi is recommend
By Air: Blackpool International Airport is about a 1.5 mile taxi ride away.
