Greenwood Guest House is a Victorian property, with some original features such as fireplaces and stripped wood to give that feeling of character.
We have six well appointed rooms (accommodating 14 persons in total) offering double, twin and family accommodation. Some rooms are en-suite, all have wash hand basin. All rooms have colour TV, radio alarm clocks, tea/coffee making facilities.
We are pleased to be able to offer our guests free wireless broadband Internet access (wifi) for their convenience.
All guest rooms now have new wall-mounted Flat Screen TVs, with over 30 Freeview channels to choose from.
We offer a full breakfast, the cooked option is mostly grilled, and with free range eggs from a local farm.
To the rear of the Guest House, we have a large garden area, which our guests are welcome to use (weather permitting!).
We are located a short level walk from the town centre, marina and beach and have parking at the front of the house. Also just moments away are the Rodwell walking/cycling trail and the Radipole Nature Reserve.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. In consideration of future guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. However, smoking is permitted in the small seating area outside the house.
