Beech Grove Lodge is a charming Edwardian Residence retaining some
original features.
The house is situated in a pleasant tree lined avenue and is centrally located for Southbourne Beach and shops.
We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast and offer five charming en-suite guest bedrooms all with colour tv, clock radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities, an excellent choice of breakfast, a guest lounge with TV and DVD and off road parking.
Southbourne has a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach, a good shopping centre, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Fishermans Walk and gardens are just a couple of minutes walk away from Beech Grove Lodge.
Fishermans Walk is a pleasant way to reach the cliff top where the beach can be reached via a zig zag path or by the cliff lift.

By car:
Take the A35 to Bournemouth. At Pokesdown take the B3059 into Parkwood road which runs into Woodside Road then turn right into Southbourne Grove and take the third left (Barclays Bank on corner) turning into Grand Avenue. Beech Avenue is the first turning on the right where you will find Beech Grove Lodge.
