Accommodation includes a double room with ensuite shower room on the ground floor, a single room on the first floor, and use of a sitting room with stunning views across the garden, and countyside beyond.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. Downstairs double room is suitable for people with mobility difficulties but not suitable for wheelchair users.

From Ellon - having crossed the bridge into the centre of town, carry on straight over the roundabout, onto Bridge Street. Take the first left turn, opposite the Ythan Bakery, signposted to Methlick (B9005). Follow this road towards the outskirts of Ellon. Having left the built-up area, continue for approximately 1/2 mile, then take the first right, signposted, Methlick (B9005). Continue through countryside for approx 3 miles, along the Ythan Valley, until you enter the village of Ythanbank. Continue straight through village, ignoring junction to Methlick, pass the village hall on right, and Garage on left. Take right turn, sign-posted Schivas, after approx 80 metres take 2nd turning on right to Smithfield. Follow tarmac drive for approx 200 metres.
