A warm welcome awaits you in our family home in the unspoilt coastal village of East Prawle, within walking distance of the southern most tip of Devon, Prawle Point and the South West Coastal Path.
We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in four twin/double rooms, including a family room.
All rooms offer views over the sea and/or the countryside to Dartmoor. The B&B accommodation is fully en-suite, with colour televisions and DVD players and tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms.
Breakfast consists of a selection of cereals plus full English breakfast cooked on the kitchen Aga, using local free range produce wherever possible.
The house has ample parking for guests, and is set in 1½ acres of lawns and paddocks on the edge of East Prawle, a perfect spot for barbecues and star-gazing.
Children of all ages are welcome, as are well behaved pets by arrangement.

Directions
From the A38 Devon Expressway, take the turnoff at Buckfastleigh for the A384 towards Totnes. In Dartington, join the A385, and continue towards Totnes.
At the traffic lights as you enter Totnes, take the filter lane to turn right, onto the A381 towards Kingsbridge. Continue into the very centre of Kingsbridge, and from there take the A379 towards Dartmouth, until you reach the village of Stokenham.
In Stokenham, turn right at the mini-roundabout at Carehouse Cross, and follow the signs to East Prawle.
As you approach East Prawle, you will pass a farm yard to your right, and as you do so, Welle House is the big yellow house you will see in front of you across the field. Continue past the duck pond, and take the next right turn. Continue for about 100 yards, and the gates to the house will be on the left. Ring the bell at the side door.
