Luxury B&B in the heart of rural Speyside. Our home boasts high standard modern facilities with 1 double/ family room and 1 twin room both en-suite. Each room has free view T.V, WIFI, hairdriers, clock radio alarms and a hospitality tray containing tea, coffee, hot chocolate and complimentary shortbread. We also have a varied breakfast menu for you to choose from.

Lynwood lies in an idyllic sheltered location, surrounded by forest, hills and mountains. The river Spey flows within 2 miles of the house and there is an abundance of walks, including the Speyside way all nearby.

The Macallan distillery, said to produce one of the finest Malt Whisky's in Scotland is just half a mile away and Dufftown, the Malt Whisky Capital of the world, only a further 5 miles, which makes Lynwood a perfect base to experience the famous Malt Whisky Trail and festivals.

As well as the Whisky Trail we have the Castle and Coastal Trails, fishing on the Spey and numerous golf courses to enjoy and if thats not enough you can venture a little further afield where the magnificant Cairngorms, & skiing resorts of Aviemore & Lecht are all within 1 hours drive. A warm welcome and a wee dram awaits you.

Directions
From Inverness and the North:
Head east on the A96 towards Elgin. From Elgin take the A941 south towards Rothes. Continue through Rothes, after 2 miles turn right, signposted Archiestown B9102. continue past the Macallan distillery until you see some cottages on the right. Immediately after the cottages turn right into the T road then first right again.

From the South and the A9:
Take the A95 towards Grantown on Spey. Continue along the A95 towards Aberlour, after 2 miles take the Archiestown B9102, on the left then continue as previous directions.
