Pigeon Cottage is a detached modern six bedroom b&b all with en-suite facilities, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Set in a peaceful five acres, the site is also home to two fishing lakes and a camp and caravan site.

Both family rooms can also accommodate a travel cot in addition to the numbers above.
One room is fully accessible for the disabled with en suite facilities.
All rooms feature Tea & Coffee making facilities and have TV/DVD/CD.
Clean linen and towels are provided.
Ample secure off road parking.
Guests can come and go as they please and have full use of the lounge area.
Breakfast consists of:
Fruit Juice, Cereal, Toast and Full English with bottomless Tea & Coffee pots.
Alternative and lighter breakfast available on request.
Packed lunches can also be provided at additional cost.
The Bed and Breakfast building is fully non smoking.
Sorry but pets are not allowed in the building.

We are within an easy twenty minutes driving time of local towns such as Louth, Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Mablethorpe. We are Five minutes from Donna Nook beach where the seals have their pups from November to January a very popular attraction. We are on the edge of North Somercotes which has two public houses, one restuarant, two take aways, two supermarkets and a post office all within walking distance.
