We have double, Twin and family rooms all en-suite; all are centrally heated with freeview TVs, hospitality trays and alarm clocks. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are provided.
There is a spacious dinning room with seperate tables for you to enjoy our full English breakfast.
We have a south facing sun terrace where you can relax and soak up the early evening sun.

Directions
From Exeter, follow the signs to Torquay and Newton Abboton on the A380.
Continue straight on, using the A3022 until reaching the signs for sea front and Paignton, where you will need to be in the outside lane at the traffic lights by Torre railway station and Halfords.
This will bring you on to Avenue Road and we are 400 yards down on the right hand side.
