Model Farm lies just on the outskirts of the village of Harbury, which is located in the historic county of Warwickshire.
Harbury is about five miles South East of Royal Leamington Spa and three miles South West of Southam.
From M40 leave at Junction 12:
Head towards Bishops Itchington.
Entering the village you will come to a mini roundabout, where you turn left up the hill.
Follow the road for a couple of miles and at the point the road bears sharp left and with Thwaites Estate entrance on your left,
turn right into Bush Heath Road towards Harbury.
Follow the road and just after the 40 mph speed limit signs, turn right into Model Farm's Driveway.
There is a wooden double gate - continue down the drive and Model Farm house is on the right.
