The 400-year-old Cornish Cob Farmhouse, set amidst two acres of well-loved traditional Cornish gardens, is situated on a stunning headland with far-reaching views over Falmouth Bay and beyond.
Whether it's enjoying a cream tea in the garden whilst admiring the peacocks, watching the boats crossing the bay, or feeding the doves, chickens and ducks, there is always a good way to relax.
Our double rooms have large private bathrooms. Tea & coffee making facilities and television/DVD player, white fluffy robes and thick towels are provided to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
A special welcome of local treats including
the famous fudge and Furniss biscuits from Roskillys Farm will be found in your room, and if you time your arrival for tea time there is always the strong possibity of starting your stay with us with the traditional Cornish cream tea !!!

Directions
From Helston, take the A3083 signed to the Lizard,
turn left at the roundabout after RNAS Culdrose
signed B3293 to St Keverne. Stay on this road passing
Goonhilly Downs on your right, after 2.5 miles turn
right on the B2394 signed "Roskilly's Ice Cream
Parlour" at the "T" junction past the farm, turn right,
Trythance Farmhouse will be found on the right hand
side after 400 yards.
