Our bed and breakfast accommodation is in a converted stone barn adjacent to the main farmhouse. All the rooms are double/twin and all are en-suite.
There are refreshment trays in all bedrooms with homemade cake.
Breakfast is served in the guest dining room, which has its own fridge and microwave for guests use; fresh milk is always available, as well as a selection of teas, etc.
Huntsmill is a working farm, with the very best in holiday accommodation amidst the peace of the English countryside, with 650 acres of beautiful grounds and panoramic views.
Huntsmill is a predominantly arable farm, with many nature trails and walks, especially within our 50 acres of pasture that adjoins the river Ouse. Historically, most of the land was down to pasture, which provided grazing and hay for cattle and sheep.
There are lots of footpaths and a bridleways and many opportunities to enjoy walks and nature trails around the farm. The site of the old watermill, from which derives the name of the farm, can be found close to the river in what we believe is one of the unspoilt and beautiful pieces of Old England.
