Sunhine Cottage is situated in the Heart of England on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border; there is easy access to major road networks i.e. M6, M1, M40, M69.
Mallory Park Race Track is only a short drive (1.4miles) Bosworth Battlefield (2.2miles), Stoney Cove National Diving Centre (5 miles), East Midlands Airport and Donnington Park Race Circuit, are only a 30min drive away.
The Cottage, built in 1787 and originally part of 'The Sun Inn', is located in the conservation area of the village, directly opposite (but far enough away not to hear noise!) The Old White Swan pub and restaurant.
For the convenience of our guests, we have negotiated special meal terms at this Inn and also at our other local restaurant, The Windmill.
Our quality en-suite rooms with original exposed beams, have all been decorated and furnished to a high standard and have all modern facilities including in-room Wifi access, digital TV, etc. for the discerning guest whether on business or leisure.
A traditional or other option breakfast, is served in the farmhouse style dining kitchen, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and can be taken from 06.30hrs.
Sunshine Cottage is our family business, therefore we are 'hands-on' hosts and do our utmost to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay.

Directions
From M1/M69 follow signs to Hinckley then A447 Market Bosworth/Ibstock:
After approx 5 miles from Hinckley Town Centre, follow sign B591 Newbold Verdon.
On reaching the village sign, drive approx. 0.75m and turn right onto Main Street.
Continue for approx. 0.5m and you will see 'The Old White Swan' on your left, we are directly opposite.
