Church View House is a detached Victorian residence in the old part of Burntwood Village some three miles from Lichfield.
It offers one large ground floor double room, generously furnished which includes colour TV with SKY.
Central heating, ample supplies of bottled water, tissues, towels and toiletries etc are included in the tariff.
The room has its own en-suite.
Facilities in a very modern setting.
A separate area is provided for tea/coffee making together with assorted biscuits etc.
The housekeeper's cupboard provides many useful items (iron/scissors/shoe cleaning equipment etc).
Also offered is a separate area for breakfast which again is private from the house.
Own separate entrance from the gated courtyard that provides secure parking.
The cottage style garden and lawns are well maintained.
Since this B&B only offers room for two guests at any one time and is managed by the resident proprietor a personal and welcoming stay is guaranteed
