Woodleys Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is situated about one mile from the village of Woburn Sands, and is set in the midst of farmland. Our house, part of which dates back 300 years, offers peaceful and relaxing accommodation, whether you are working in the area, taking a romantic break, visiting the Stables Theatre, or even taking a trip to the famous code breaking site at Bletchley Park.
Four rooms are en-suite with either bath or shower or both, and one room has a private bathroom opposite the room.
Woburn Sands High Street has a Chinese and Indian Restaurants, and several public houses, which also serve meals.
Three miles away is Woburn Abbey stately home and Safari Park, where many weddings take place in the famous Sculpture Gallery. Woburn Village also has many restaurants and pubs.
Centre:Milton Keynes is approximately 5 miles away and is great for shopping at one of Europes longest undercover shopping malls. It is also home to Airkix, the indoor flying experience and the Xscape Snodome, where you can toboggan and ski on the real snow slopes!

Directions
Coming From M1 North
Leave M1 at Junction 14. Turn right at roundabout at top of slip road. Take first exit at next roundabout. Take second exit at next roundabout and follow signs to Woburn Sands.
As you drive through Woburn Sands High Street, you will reach a double mini-roundabout. Turn right at the first roundabout and follow the road until you exit Woburn Sands. After about 200 yards past the last house you will see a lay-by on the right and a sign for Woodleys Farmhouse. Turn into the lay-by and follow the track to the end. drive through the large black gates, and you are there.
Coming From M1 South
Leave M1 at Junction 13. Turn left at the roundabout at the top of the slip road. Follow the road until you reach Woburn Sands. You approach a double mini roundabout. Take the third exit. You will have a bakery called the Upper Crust on your left and a large Public house called the Swan on your right.
Follow the road until you exit Woburn Sands, after about 200 yards past the last house, take the right hand turn located in a lay-by. We are the large house at the bottom of the drive. Please note, go straight through the gate at the bottom, do not bare round to the left.
