We are a very friendly B&B, set in an old Victorian barn, on an ancient site. We have a 14th century tunnel, used by 17th century smugglers and much more. Our breakfasts are a special feature, we always serve a full Cornish Breakfast, but also offer a smaller savoury, such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or maybe pigs in blankets. For those who are not ready for a big breakfast we also offer a sweeter alternative, which might be American style pancakes with maple syrup, or chocolate chip muffins, all home made of course. Breakfast is served with all the trimmings including choices of tea and coffee, including cappuchino or espresso, and a basket of bread rolls baked fresh that morning.
On our 10 acres, we have a picnic meadow with stunning views across the county, a herd of tame alpacas, and some pet sheep. We also have a small shop selling alpaca products.
We are within walking distance of the South West coast path and the world famous Monkey Santuary. Just three miles away is the picturesque fishing town of Looe. We are also just a short drive from historic Plymouth and the Eden Centre.
