Sleepyhollow is situated in a semi rural area close to Leyland centre. It is an ideal central location for the major cities of Liverpool and Manchester and many other attractions are within an easy drive; The Lake District, Blackpool, Trough of Bowland, Chester etc.
We are moments away from the M6, M61 and M65 motorways and 10 minutes from the M58 and M55.
We offer two rooms to guests. Both are furnished to a very high standard and are complete with LCD TV., tea and coffee facility and en-suite.
The Twin Single has a slipper bath, the Double a large walk in shower. They both offer pleasant views to the rear of the house.
Guests have their own comfortable Lounge / Dining Room complete with LCD TV. and radio. WiFi is available for lap top users.
Breakfast is a full English offering a selection of cereals, juice, the best sausages and bacon, fresh farm large eggs served with a giant flat mushroom, fresh tomato and beans. Toast, tea or coffee finish it off.
Guests arriving by plane or rail can be picked up at either Liverpool, Manchester or Blackpool airports or Manchester and Preston Rail Stations saving a fortune on taxis. See the tarrif section for the (return) costs.
Dave and Lynn seek to offer that which they have rarely had when staying in B&B at a cost they have never had.
