Welcome to Chestnut Villa, a family run bed and breakfast with a warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Chestnut Villa is 0.5 mile from the centre of the village of Muir of Ord, Ross-shire in the Scottish Highlands.
We have three comfortable en-suite bedrooms with hospitality tray, TV, hairdryer and radio alarm clock. A hearty breakfast is served.

As Muir of Ord is in such a central position for exploring the North and West coasts of the Scottish Highlands, many places can be visited as a day trip.
Apart from the spectacular scenery there are many castles and places of historic interest to visit.
The Glen Ord distillery is only a few minutes walk away and Loch Ness only a 30 minute drive.
There is also the City of Inverness to visit and beautiful Glen Affric only a short drive away.
Highland Games are held in various places over the Summer months, where Pipe bands, Highland dancing, tossing the caber etc. can be seen.
