Close to the golf course, Rose Cottage is an ideal central base for touring Devon and Cornwall visiting the Eden Project, the NT properties of Cotehele, Lanhydrock, Buckland Abbey and Saltram, the beautiful moors or Bodmin and Dartmoor. A short drive from superb beaches, Tintagel, Boscastle and Bude.
Guests are provided with high standards of comfort and hospitality. En suite double, en suite twin and our single rooms have double glazing, central heating, colour TV, hairdryers plus beverage making facilities and Wireless Internet access. They are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and have fresh flowers. Rooms are serviced daily to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
We offer choice of hearty and healthy breakfasts utilising locally produced ingredients. Cereals and fruit juices are starters for both hearty and healthy breakfasts. Hearty breakfasters have a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs, fried bread, grilled tomato and baked beans. Fresh fruit, yoghurts and crisp breads are available for the more health conscious breakfaster.
An excellent evening meal is available at the nearest Inn/restaurant, 4 minutes walk from our guest house. Launceston has a wide choice of restaurants, Indian, Italian, French, Fish and Chips within walking distance for guests wishing to explore further.

From the A 30 East take the Launceston exit and then the 4th exit from the roundabout onto A388 north, Western Road follow this road past the Jet Garage on the right, past the town Hall and Launceston Castle on your right (do not turn off) down the hill, forward at the traffic lights, at the mini roundabout turn right onto Dutson Road A388 (signposted Holsworthy, Bude) keeping the White Horse Inn on your right, straight across the next mini roundabout by the Spar Shop, Slow Down as approximately 150 yards further there is a private drive on your left, by a seat and some traffic mirrors, (this private drive is directly opposite a right turn marked 'Ridgegrove Lane'). Turn left and Rose Cottage is marked No 5 towards the top of the drive on your left, parking spaces are marked but assistance with turning and parking is available if required.
