If it's peace and quiet you want, in lovely rural surroundings, then Gorse Farm House is the place for you.
Quirky house with bundles of character and a great deal of comfort at the same time.
Guests have plenty of space to relax including a snug and conservatory (where breakfast is served) and two acres of garden to enjoy, with numerous seating areas.
There are two first floor bedrooms which both offer super king-sized beds that can also be arranged as two twin beds. The ensuite bedroom has fantastic light and space, extensive seating including a sofa and an elegant ensuite bathroom with free standing roll-top bath. The second bedroom is also very bright and has a large private bathroom, with both bath and power shower.
The property is two miles outside the small market town of Sturminster Newton in the heart of the Blackmore Vale and forms a great base for exploring the many delights of Dorset.
My husband (Lee Dickenson) is a professional wood carver/sculptor and there are numerous pieces of his work around the house and garden which always generate a great deal of interest amongst our guests.
